We've wanted to create something for years which took all the "Buff Dudes" ideas and purified them into one video. Flexing. Dancing. Neon. Metal. We think we've finally done it with "Guns, Shields, Abs n' Wheels." We hope you enjoy it.

The song is gym workout music inspired by Beastie Boys, 80's Metal, Synthwave, Manowar, Metallica and more. All put into a rock blender with a big serving of Buff Dudes.
